Using the library
The Signals Library is a public educational and strategic-foresight resource operated by Social Work Futurist. You may browse and link to public entries for lawful purposes. Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized owner access, misuse automated systems, or use the library to violate another person’s rights.
Not predictions or professional advice
Signals describe developments worth watching and possible implications; they are not predictions. Content is provided for general educational discussion and is not legal, medical, financial, clinical, or other professional advice. These terms and policy pages are plain-language information, not legal advice.
Editorial content and sources
Social Work Futurist selects, interprets, updates, and may remove library entries. Linked articles, studies, videos, organizations, products, and other sources belong to their respective owners. Links do not imply endorsement, and third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
TikTok and private owner tools
The TikTok connection and review inbox are owner-administration tools. Imported public-video metadata and drafts remain private until approved for publication. Accessing or attempting to access those tools without authorization is prohibited.
Availability and responsibility
The library is provided “as is” and may change, pause, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Social Work Futurist is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on the library, third-party content, or unavailable service. Nothing here limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
